SeaChange
Through General Assembly, I designed a website for a company needing a fresh look to promote their new technology, the Oxygenator. This page walks you through my design process.

In order to accurately communicate my company's needs and goals in the form of a website, I began the design process with exercises to determine words and phrases I most wanted to convey in the design through color, typography etc.
I then explored websites similar to SeaChange to evaluate the competition as well as the communication choices of comparable companies.

I created two mood boards to reflect styles, colors, typography and different means of visual expression that would likely match the Seachange personality.

I then created two low fidelity wireframes to map out the flow of the site.
Using the Adobe color wheel tool I generated a few color options for the site and landed on the black white and teal color scheme due to the contrast in the colors and nature feel conveyed by the teal.

Color options were added to the wireframes and I felt the solid color was the more appropriate choice.
I chose the fonts Domine and Gayathatri because they were clear, bold, and easy to read

Once all decisions were made I put everything together!
